Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a real gem in Budapest! The rooms are much nicer than the average apartment, spacious enough for a family of four, although a slight bad smell lingered. The location is excellent for train travel but can be noisy due to the courtyard setup. The service was top-notch, making me feel welcome and impressed with their care, despite a minor issue with resetting a special code. Dining had good options generally, though lacking in vegetarian and healthy choices.
The hotel is located conveniently close to the city center with excellent transport links. The rooms, although a bit on the run-down side with stained floors and a door that seemed damaged, were comfortable. The service from the staff was exceptional, making me feel very welcome. The location, just opposite the train station, was extremely helpful for travelers. The dining experience was passable for a quick meal before my trips. Overall, a good choice with some room for improvements.
My stay at this hotel was quite the mix of experiences. While the location across from the Railway Station is convenient for travelers like me, the room I had lacked windows with outside views, had a strange smell, and suffered from the constant noise of doors being slammed. On a positive note, the room was warm. The service was top-notch, especially at a late check-in time; the staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. They made my stay easier with their excellent English and courteous manners. The location's proximity to the train station and metro was a plus, making it easy to explore the city, although it felt a bit cramped with the number of guests. As for the dining experience, the breakfast was unfortunately fixed and below par, not meeting the expectations I had for a hotel breakfast. Overall, the facilities were decent, but the noisy room and subpar dining took away from the experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though equipped with kitchens and two bedrooms, lacked windows, and there were maintenance issues like a loose kitchen door frame and a leaking pipe. On the bright side, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially Barbi at the reception. The location, just across from the main train station, was convenient for travel, but the dining options left something to be desired.
I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be very spacious and clean, although a bit noisy due to their proximity to the stairwell. The small fridge in the room was handy for keeping water and snacks. The location was convenient being right next to the railway station, although not very attractive. The service was exceptional, with friendly and informative staff who even printed our boarding passes. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown due to limited vegetarian options and dirty tables. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provides good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were in need of renovation and cleanliness, with issues like a big stain on the mattress and outdated food in the kitchen cupboard. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, though the noise from the breakfast room was quite disruptive. The location was convenient, being right across from Keleti railway station, but the breakfast area felt cramped at times.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a very cozy kitchen, though a bit noisy in the morning due to the proximity to the lift. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful and willing to assist with all requests. The location was excellent, right across from the main railway station, making it convenient for travel. The dining options were good with a nice variety, serving the purpose well.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious but showed signs of wear and lack of proper cooling. They were quite dusty and not as advertised in the photos. On the positive side, the staff was super friendly and always willing to help, although there were some instances of rudeness from the breakfast personnel. The hotel's location was relatively good, especially for its proximity to public transportation. The dining options were just okay with limited variety, but they were satisfactory to start the day. Overall, the hotel offered a decent stay, but there were noticeable shortcomings in the room conditions and service quality.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for travelers. The rooms were quiet during the day and night, but the smell of smoke outside was overwhelming at times. The service was nice and helpful, with friendly and funny staff. The dining offered varied choices with some room for improvement. Overall, a suitable option for its location and service.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, right across from the main railway station, offering great access to public transport even at night, but the dining experience was quite disappointing with limited choices and dirty tables. The rooms had some issues like filthy conditions and a malfunctioning cooling unit, yet the service was friendly and helpful. Overall, a convenient location but with some room for improvement in cleanliness and dining options.
I loved the spacious room layout resembling an apartment, complete with a kitchen and living room for added comfort. However, the constant smell of smoke outside was a downside to an otherwise great stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable, with a spacious room that unfortunately lacked a good view but provided a convenient location near the front of the hotel. However, noise from the courtyard could be a disturbance at times. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, though there were a few instances of impoliteness. The location was ideal for travelers needing easy access to the main train station and public transport, despite the limited dining options in the vicinity.
